Culture

We are a family owned company and believe in treating our employees as if they were our family. After all, the people you work with every day do turn into your second family. We are focused on providing servant leadership and striving to be the employer of choice.

All Team Gatherings

All of us meet every six week to share how the company is doing, celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, new hires, promotions and life events of our team!

All Company Survey

Every other year we use a third party to administer an All Company Survey – this survey helps us understand the engagement levels of everyone across the organization. This survey allows team members to share what they like about working here and what they think needs improvement.

The management team takes the results very serious and dedicates time and attention to hear our team and implement improvements. Our goal is to have a well functioning team that is engaged with their work, has a voice in matters and when suggestions are made, the team listens and isn’t afraid to try new ideas.

Attendance Expectations

We have the fastest lead times in the industry and that means we need each and every person when they are scheduled.

Our customers rely on us to be there and ready to provide solutions. Each person is responsible for pieces of that solution. We all have good days and we all have bad days but our people on this team choose how they want to feel versus letting outside circumstances tell them what to feel.

We believe in working hard and having fun while doing it. We build our team and relationships on trust. We also own certain responsibilities and when a team member doesn’t show up, the rest of us have to pull away from our piece to help out. Attendance in the sense of showing up is a huge deal but it is also a huge deal that when we show up we are present in what we are doing.

Scheduling time off in advance helps everyone plan around and even out the workload, simply not showing up causes us to slow our efforts and our customers suffer.
