Overview: The Culture Index is a survey that we use to maximize individual potential by managing and developing proper career paths for our team. It helps us better communicate, leverage and put people in roles where they will see success.
How We Use It: We take pride in our unique culture and the people that enhance that culture. First, let’s dispel any concerns.
The Culture Index is:
- Not a test – No pass or fail
- There is no such thing as a perfect profile
- A measurement of work related behaviors
- We do not measure how smart you are
- We do not measure a person’s learning curve
- We cannot determine age, race, gender or religion
- We do not determine your ambition
- We do not measure anything clinical
We use the Culture Index to better understand our team. We believe that our management style is going to be different with each team member and a one-way management/communication style does not work. If we are to lead a team, we have to make modifications to fit our team.
